Krisztina Pigniczki (born September 18, 1975 in Makó)〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Krisztina Pigniczki Biography and Olympic Results )〕 is a former Hungarian team handball player and Olympic medalist. She received a silver medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney,〔("2000 Summer Olympics – Sydney, Australia – Handball" ) ''databaseOlympics.com'' (Retrieved on February 13, 2008)〕 and a silver medal at the 2003 World Women's Handball Championship in Croatia. She became European champion in 2000 with the Hungarian national team, and received a bronze medal in 1998 and in 2004.
